Defence Contractor – Elma Mektron

Elma-Mektron is part of a global organisation that supplies electronic packaging solutions and turnkey system enclosures to prime defence contractors. Admiral's support was critical to the timely commissioning of the new building, advising on data, telephony and security.

Automotive – Specialist Cars BMW

Specialist Cars is the company behind three hugely successful BMW and MINI dealerships in the South of England. The new telephone system needed to give the receptionists full control over calls made to and from both of their sites. Admiral's solution utilised the latest equipment and software from Aastra bringing improvements to both call handling and business processes.

Training – TNG

TNG, part of the Avanta Enterprise Group, is one of the UK's leading training and development providers. The Inter-Tel (now Mitel) system supplied by Admiral is an advanced digital switchboard that provides simple remote management and has wide capacity for expansion. The ICT support team access the switchboard software remotely, adding new users, changing extension numbers and activating voice features.

Education – Queen Elizabeth’s Girls School

A large state secondary school in Barnet, North London, Queen Elizabeth’s Girls School serves a dual function, doubling, outside of hours, as a Community Sports Centre. The new Mitel system installed by Admiral allows the school to handle calls efficiently and present a much more professional face to callers.

Government Contractor – Wing Security

A bespoke telephone solution, supplied by Admiral Group, helps parking enforcement agency Wing Security manage calls from the drivers of clamped vehicles in a professional manner. The system, based on the Mitel 5000 Communications Platform (CP) and Mitel Application Suite (MAS), enables Wing Security to respond quickly and professionally to callers, digitally record call content, and track service levels.

Healthcare Hospitals – Whittington Hospital

Patients at London’s award winning Whittington Hospital are benefitting from newly refurbished facilities. Admiral's Mechanical and Electrical division has carried out extensive renovation work for health care specialists HPM Contracts Ltd, enhancing existing ward facilities and creating zones which allow the hospital to meet the government requirement for single sex accommodation.

Education – St Marylebone School

Moving into new purpose-built premises has dramatically improved facilities at St Marylebone School and enabled the school to expand its intake. The partnership forged between Westminster Council, lead contractor Bouygues UK and mechanical and electrical subcontractor Admiral, meant the £17 million project was delivered ahead of schedule, minimising disruption for pupils and enabling the school to take early advantage of the new facilities.
