Depending on the nature of the defect we will either engage a professional from our own engineering team with a knowledgeable skill base, or one of our independent quality assured specialist suppliers. From the initial enquiry through to work completion and client’s satisfaction/sign off, we will manage, track and keep you informed of the fault resolution status.
